I’m Vincent,  a dedicated counselor with 17 years of experience as a social worker in Hong Kong. I specialise in youth, parental, and couple counselling, focusing on strengthening family and partner relationships.

In my practice, I primarily use Bowen Family Therapy, a model that explores eight core emotional processes to help clients better understand their emotional patterns and reactions. This deeper awareness empowers individuals to make informed choices that lead to healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I am also an accredited Personality Dimensions Level 2 Facilitator, enabling me to offer workshops in team building, communication skills, and self-awareness. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams enhance interpersonal dynamics and build stronger, more meaningful connections.
