It’s during these times that turning towards support can bring about relief from feeling alone with your problem. My counselling sessions ensure you have a space in which to turn when looking for assistance and direction, to share what’s going on, gain some practical strategies to manage emotions, overcome barriers, navigate experiences or grow into the version of yourself you truly wish to become. As a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Sydney, I work closely with you to assist in overcoming limiting states such as anxiety, stress and unhelpful behaviours that can get in the way of your wellbeing and inspired living. My approach is collaborative and the session is tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring you have a safe and supportive space in which to lay out your concerns and clarify your goals.
