I have been working as a social worker and clinical psychotherapist for over 20 years in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. I have extensive experience in relationship counselling, family therapy and treating (early childhood) trauma, anxiety and mood disorders through individual therapy in children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families. I believe that you deserve the best and therefore I use modalities that have the backing of extensive research to show they are effective. Some of the therapy models I am trained in are listed.I am a bi-lingual therapist, able to provide therapy in both English and Dutch. I work with children (3 years and up), adolescents, adults, couples and families.

• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP – Dan Huges, USA))
• Cognitive Processing Therapy – evidence based therapy for PTSD
• Gottman Method couple’s therapy – Level 2 (Gottman Institute, Seattle, USA)
