Career Counsellor & Art Therapist passionate about positive psychology, life design and taking a solution focused approach to living a healthy and balanced life. Typical clients are feeling disengaged and no longer passionate about what they're doing, curious about other career/life options and often anxious about making changes
In my practice, I provide individual counselling either face-to-face or via Zoom and, subject to demand, I also offer face-to-face group sessions for both career counselling and Art for Wellbeing.
In my work, I often use creative tools that enable clients to develop self-awareness, overcome obstacles and clarify goals. A good listener, I provide support and a safe space for clients to explore career/life options and am committed to delivering a value-adding service.
My experience in a variety of industries and with diverse age and cultural groups means that I can offer alternative perspectives on problems and work you to explore solutions to attaining meaningful and purposeful life.
