My friendly, caring, and non-judgemental approach allows individuals, couples, and families to feel safe and understood. I help my clients to openly explore their issues, cultivate their inner strengths, find solutions, and improve their relationships with themselves, their partners and family members.I tailor therapy sessions to each client by integrating a range of approaches including strength-based, solution-focused, and interplay family therapy. My knowledge and personal experience in parenting, relationships, coping and growing through major life stressors give me the ability to support my clients with compassion.I provide counselling support face-to-face, via the Internet and phone for a wide range of issues including:• relationship counselling• parenting & family issues• child counselling & play therapy• abuse and trauma• anxiety• stress management• depression• communication skills• grief and lossI am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest research in neuroscience, psychology and understanding the complex relationship between the brain, body, and environmental influences.I welcome enquiries and am happy to give more details about what to expect from an effective counselling session.
