As a clinical psychotherapist, counsellor and leadership coach, I combine my interest in human behaviour with my corporate experience in organisational development to help you manage your stress, career and lifestyle, in a more sustainable way.
My CBD practice is dedicated to supporting adults who want to find a sustainable way to be successful without compromising their contribution at work or home, enabling them to continue to strengthen relationships with friends, family and colleagues. And how we sleep is a key contributor to this.
We each have our own way of adapting to the stressors in our lives. It can come from a range of sources and it is multi-layered. Stress can affect how you breathe and sleep as well as how you behave at home and at work.
It's not all bad. Masters at their craft have already worked out how to leverage their stress for good. A healthy relationship with stress can motivate you, build your resilience, boost memory and learning, and assist you to deliver your best work. You just need to know how.
