I have eleven years experience working in human services roles supporting families and children. Over seven years experienced working with children who are impacted by trauma of all levels. My qualifications are a Masters of Education (Guidance & Counselling), Bachelor of Science (Psychology)(Honours), Diploma of Counselling and Graduate Certificate of Counselling (Child, Youth & Family). Currently I am completing life coaching certification. I use a person-centred approach focusing on strengths based practice, as well as skills in acceptance and commitment therapy. I love working with women who are struggling with self-esteem issues and helping them curate a life they want.I am adept in both in person and online delivery of services. I have experience with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury, parenting issues, anger management and a variety of other problems. I am also a registered Resilience Practitioner using the Driven program.
