Hello, my name is
Megan. I have experience working with a wide range of presentations and clients
at all stages across the lifespan through my work with mental health support
services. My aim is to provide a safe, welcoming,
judgement-free environment where we can engage as partners in your wellbeing journey.
Throughout this partnership I strive to empower my clients, highlighting their
inherent strengths and promoting self-efficacy. I work within a range of
modalities within a person-centred framework, CBT, ACT, and positive psychology
to find an approach that best suits you. By delivering my services virtually,
you can engage in counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own
home. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science, with a major in
Behavioural Studies, and Master of Counselling. I also have a keen interest in
mindfulness and meditation and am working towards gaining my qualifications as
a meditation instructor.
