Mel is an experienced educator and counsellor specializing
in supporting children, young people, and families to manage anxiety,
depression, stress, grief, and adolescent challenges.
Using a person-centred approach and skilled in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Informed
Practice, Mel tailors her methods to individual needs. Mel also has experience
supporting young athletes in elite settings, including the AFL.
Mel is dedicated to building resilience and emotional wellbeing in young people while
supporting families create nurturing environments.
