My approachable and caring nature enables me to create a safe space with empathy to support those in crisis, in need of intervention support, faced with adversity, challenging life situations, or when feeling like things aren’t the way we want them, or even not knowing what or how to feel. Service delivery is flexibility that enables me to reach as close or as far as needed:Face to face, Home visits, Walk & talk therapy, Telehealth, Online video sessions,Services include:Individual counselling - anxiety, depression, supported decision making.Couples CounsellingWellbeing AdvocacyAOD interventionTransition support- high school, uni/tafe, starting, work, back to work (post p/maternity leave), ADF, retirement.Marriage, separation, and divorce support ​Focus/Support group facilitation.Workplaces debrief sessions and workshops.With lived experience in and around mental health, DV and AOD, and having worn many hats from Mum, music teacher, professional musician, ADF veteran, wife, mentor, peer support, advocate, recovery coach, music teacher, NT Police Officer spouse and now qualified counsellor, and lived city, country, remote and between.
