Over 12 years, I've had experience in varied roles within the community sector as well as schools which has helped me gain a broader perspective. My work has involved counselling children, youth, families and individuals. Key areas of experience have included child protection, adoption and permanent care, including relinquishment counselling, and family services, working with parents and their children facing complex issues for majority of this time . By nature I am empathetic, curious, friendly and gentle in my approach. I am passionate to see people reach their full potential, live out their calling and discover the best version of themselves. I lead a strength and evidence based practice that is also trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and client-centred. My main mode of theory is based in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and I've also worked within the Practitioner Coaching framework.
