As a registered counsellor and life coach, I integrate my formal training and life experiences to provide a compassionate and intuitive approach that meets your unique needs. Whether you're a young person or an adult, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges, improve your mental health, enhance your relationships, and transform your overall life circumstances.In our sessions, I create a comfortable and discreet space where you feel safe and supported to share openly and connect with your inner wisdom. My approach is intuitive, flexible, and strengths-based, allowing us to focus on solutions and empower you to achieve your goals. I firmly believe in a person-centered approach, honoring your individual interests, values, and hopes for the future.What sets me apart from other counsellors is my diverse training and broad lived expereince. I have expertise in counselling, life coaching, NLP, Matrix Therapy, and hypnosis and I also value the importance of mindfulness in the therapeutic process. Additionally, I incorporate somatic therapies into my practice to support the healing of trauma. By integrating body-oriented approaches, we can address the impact of trauma on your nervous system, allowing for a deeper and more holistic healing experience.Having experienced my own journey of growth and healing, I bring a unique mix of knowledge and strategies to support your mental health, enhance your well-being, and facilitate your personal empowerment. I've worked through challenges related to physical trauma, chronic pain, weight loss, body image, depression, anxiety, social isolation, grief, loss, and identity acceptance. I understand the importance of walking alongside you with empathy and respect, never judging but rather challenging you to consider new perspectives.When I'm not counselling, you'll find me immersed in nature, capturing its beauty with my camera, or exploring new trails with Bodhi, KIT Psychology's therapy dog in training.
