My journey with anxiety began at a young age, where I experienced debilitating panic attacks. Through therapy, group support, art and the encouragement of a wonderfully supportive family I have learned to recognise and manage anxiety. As a qualified counsellor, art therapist and meditation instructor, I am passionate about helping women navigate their own paths to well-being. I offer individual counseling and group therapy, providing a compassionate and supportive space for women to overcome anxiety and know they are not alone. I listen and I understand.
