Experienced, qualified, and registered clinical counsellor and supervisor.

As a clinical counsellor in private practice and with the EAP sector, I provide online individual and relationship counselling. I have over 4500+ hours of experience (video, phone, in-person) in facilitating positive outcomes for clients facing a variety of psychological, behavioural, relational, and life challenges. My approach is person-centred, non-judgemental, compassionate, evidence-based and integrating various therapeutic models tailored to meet clients' needs.  The support provided is informed by an understanding of trauma, neurodivergence, culture and other formative life experiences.  

As a supervisor, I have also been providing professional supervision to emerging and experienced counsellors, social workers, and health care professionals since 2021. I also supervise Master of Counselling students in their placements.
