Mollie Cox is a qualified Counsellor and Senior Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Therapist, and Teacher-Trainer with over 1,000 hours of Yoga Teacher and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation training. As an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance Australia and International, and a Senior Level 3 Teacher with Yoga Australia, she brings extensive expertise around mindfulness-based interventions to her practice. Mollie is also an experienced Massage Therapist with 16 years in the field and a licensed Mental Health First Aid Facilitator with Mental Health First Aid Australia.
Mollie's commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident as she is currently pursuing a Cert 4 in Training & Assessment, as well as specialising in Yoga Therapy for individuals with acquired brain injuries & cancer, while enhancing her skills in working with neurodivergent individuals.
Mollie accepts referrals from a wide range of health professionals, including rheumatologists, GPs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other Allied Health practitioners who seek a trauma-informed approach to mental health support for their patients.
