I am passionate in improving your mental health, well-being and quality of life. My goal is to make you feel supported, for you to see noticeable progress and envisage your goals as achievable.
I use a range of evidence-based therapies address your concerns. I bring my intuitive, knowledge in clinical mental health to every session to deliver the best outcomes for my clients.
I provide individual, youth, couples and family therapy. I have an expertise in dealing with range of issues that might affect one’s mental health. Some of these include stress, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, gambling, gaming disorders, alcohol and other drugs, anger management, grief and bereavement, psychotic illness, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and other neurodivergent disorders.
I have over 17 years of experience in mental health and extensive work experience in clinical psychiatry, psychotherapy and counselling. My experience has provided me the opportunity to work with clients of all life stages, ethnicities and cultures. I provide a culturally sensitive, trauma informed and non-oppressive service to my clients.
Services are provided in person or telehealth.
Qualifications: Graduate Certificate in Addictive Studies, Master of Counselling, BSc. Mental Health Nursing.
Specialities: Include Dialectic Behavioural therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, EMDR, Schema therapy, Mindfulness Based therapy, Somatic therapy, Interpersonal therapy.
