Empowering Your Unique Journey
As a counsellor, my
approach is focused on creating a safe, empathetic, and confidential space
where clients feel supported and empowered. I specialise in fostering emotional
resilience and mental clarity, helping individuals reflect on their thoughts
and emotions to create meaningful, lasting change. With over 20 years of
experience in Human Resource Management covering: change management,
recruitment, psychometric assessments, training, employee counselling, mentoring
and consulting across diverse private, government, family and community-based
organisations in Australia, I bring a depth of expertise to my counselling
practice. This rich background allows me to guide clients through personal and
professional challenges with insight, understanding and practical strategies
tailored to their unique needs.
Having personally relied
on relevant strategies in my journey through uncertainty, I am deeply committed
to helping others build resilience and well-being. Life’s challenges, whether
related to self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, grief, change management or adapting
as an immigrant, can feel overwhelming. In addition, I provide compassionate
support for a broad range of other issues, including anger management, parenting
struggles, workplace stress, career burnout and navigating major life
transitions and much more. In our work together, we will build resilience,
clarity and purpose, so you won’t have to face these challenges alone.
Drawing from a variety of
