About
Room To Breathe
I have created a space where people can take time to stop and breathe in this crazy world we live in.
I offer support when a person is suffering from the following:
- anxiety
- being overwhelmed with life
- self-worth
- lacking in confidence
- depression
- grief and loss
- relationships
- domestic violence
- separation in relationships
- parenting and step parenting
I am also a counsellor for the Road Trauma Unit of SA. This is for people who have been in or witnessed a car accident. I am here to support these clients through their trauma and to heal.
I understand that life can be full of challenges, some more difficult than others. In our space you are free to express your feelings and be understood. Most importantly all sessions are confidential.
I believe that we all have the desire and the capacity to grow, we can learn more about ourselves and become the expert in our own life’s.
Here I will help you develop skills and strategies to help you make positive changes, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I don’t want you to suffer in silence, I want you to open up in a safe environment and talk with someone who will listen and care.
