Throughout her career, Natalie has worked with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her holistic approach emphasises not only mental well-being but also emotional and spiritual growth, fostering resilience and self-discovery in clients.
In addition to direct counselling, Natalie is passionate about community outreach and education. Natalie regularly conducts workshops and seminars on mental health awareness, stress management, and coping strategies, aiming to de stigmatise mental health issues and empower individuals to seek help.
Natalie is a member of all relevant professional organisations. And is committed to staying updated on the latest research and best practices in the field. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is a crucial element of effective counselling and strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for all clients.
When not working with clients, Natalie enjoys family time, beaches, hiking, reading, practicing mindfulness, which contribute to her understanding of holistic well-being and the importance of self-care.
