Being raised within a Malaysian-Indian community gave Natasha an understanding and appreciation of the unique intricacies that exist within diverse communities. Her commitment to cultural sensitivity, community-based value systems and sex-positivity ensures that clients from various backgrounds feel understood and supported.
Natasha has experience working within the public school system, where she has seen adolescent and adult clients in private practice. She is passionate about fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to tell their stories. Natasha is trained in CBT, mindfulness, and schema therapy and utilises an eclectic approach for a person-centred therapeutic experience for al her clients.
Natasha can also understand Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and Nepali.
