Hi I'm Nicole Kennedy, a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), concerned with the increasing levels of anxiety affecting Australians today.
Anxiety can affect many aspects of your life and it can feel like an endless cycle of worry, negative thoughts, or physical tension, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. I offer a supportive, convenient, and professional online counselling service to all Australians, where we can work together in a safe and compassionate space to explore your anxiety, and find practical solutions.
My Approach & Qualifications
My life journey has taken me through diverse settings, from the corporate world to small businesses, and now to my private practice. These experiences have given me an in depth understanding of the challenges and joys of life, and I’m eager to share this wisdom with those seeking transformation and support.
My approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based practices, which are incorporated into the practice to assist clients with managing stress and enhancing their overall wellbeing.
My qualifications include:
- Diploma of Counselling (AIPC)
- Certificate in Mindfulness Practice (AIPC)
- Member Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Lifeline Blended Accidental Counsellor
- St John Ambulance First Aid
- National Police Check

- Bachelor of Psychology, University of South Australia (3rd year student)
