Expressive Therapy includes creative activities e.g; symbol work, sand play therapy, emotional release processes, imagination, visualisation, body focus, relaxation, drawing, music, movement, imagery or working with clay.Animal Assisted Therapy / Animal Assisted Psychotherapy is also available.Nikki has a University Degree in Counselling, is a Certified Expressive therapist and has a Diploma in Youth work. Nikki has attended numerous workshops and training events over the years which enable Nikki to work in a diverse way utilising her training, working knowledge and experience with complex issues.Nikki has been working with young people since 2002 and specialises in working with young people that have suffered from traumatic events in their life and helping them find their way through difficulties they are facing.
