As a Counsellor my main goals are to meet you wherever you are in your life journey and help remove any barriers that you may be facing. While I can’t instantly solve your problems (as much as I would like to!) I can work with you to unravel the problems you are dealing with, help you navigate through difficult situations, and help you become more attuned to your values so that you can act and live with purpose and integrity. For me counselling is a collaborative process that benefits greatly from both myself as the counsellor and you as the client being as open and genuine as possible.The main therapies that I work with are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy.
