Experienced, qualified counsellor currently working as a clinical counsellor at Dune Health and Wellbeing providing counselling to aged care residents, children, teenagers, youth and adults who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, grief and loss, family separation along with mental health struggles. Work with victim services and SIRA – Workers Compensation/Vehicle Accident clients and NDIS clients. In addition, I have experience working as a Family Support Worker providing early intervention counselling and case management to clients aged 0-18 and their families. I have extensive experience in working with separated families and providing psychoeducation to parents to assist them with parenting strategies. Previous experience as a voluntary teacher’s aide in a special education school with students who have mental health issues and various disabilities including autism spectrum disorder.
