I have a deep commitment to supporting and empowering my clients. I take pride in what I do. With a sound post graduate academic background in Counselling and studies in Theology, Supervision, Business Coaching, Leadership and Management and having worked in the Human Services arena for over 30+ years, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep sense of sensitivity to the individual needs of each person.
I offer counselling for day-to-day issues, vocational and career, cross-cultural issues, grief and loss and relationship concerns. I am eclectic in my theoretical framework but will generally be using a Solution-Focused approach.
In addition, as a member of the ACA College of Supervisors, I offer professional and pastoral supervision. For those fairly new to the area of counselling practice and pastoral ministry, I will play a mentoring role in formative, evaluative and restorative dynamics. For those with the wealth of experience behind them, my role would be to validate and integrate further your professionalism in self-regulating by endeavouring to promulgate the three professional collegial factors of support, challenge and authenticity. By
