At Oasis Counselling & Well-being, I provide clients with a holistic approach and quality mental health care in a safe and non-judgmental space. I assist clients by providing therapy, utilising modalities from Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-focused therapy, and Loss and grief therapy.
