I have a consulting background comprising 27 years in the Australian private and public sectors.  For the past 16 years I have specialised in managing search and selection processes for WA State Government agencies.  Concurrently, I have provided career transition and coaching services to individual clients in a voluntary capacity, as a way of sharing my knowledge to benefit others.Having recently completed a Diploma of Counselling qualification through the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, I am seeking a move away from consulting into a role where I can apply my combined work experience, life experience and formal qualifications to contribute to positive outcomes for individuals and their families.
