There are times in your life when you may need help in coping with problems that have arisen or to deal with longer-term unresolved issues. Sometimes you may just want to gain clarity and a new perspective on your life and relationships.
Peta uses a collaborative approach to encourage couples and individuals to become the expert in their own lives. Together in conversation, we explore your goals and values to discover what gives your life purpose and meaning.
A few sessions is usually enough to identify an appropriate course of action. Fees are flexible depending on income.
Counselling can help you to lead a more meaningful and engaged life.
