I was born and raised in England, and moved to Australia in 2011 with my second wife, Eila. I have two sons still living in England, Simon and Steven. Simon is on the spectrum and I have life skills and experience in helping people with disabilities. Everyone is different but they can be empowered to improve the situation they may find themselves in.I am also a marriage celebrant performing a variety of weddings.In my spare time I am the treasurer of Mudgee Performing Arts Society (MPAS), Mudgee Arts Council and Cumbo Rural Fire Brigade.I am a volunteer with NALAG (National Association for Loss and Grief) as well as a volunteer in the RFS. I have diverse counselling interests including clients living with disability, LGBTIQA+ clients, trauma, couples and family relationships. I work with children, adolescents, adults as well as group work.As well as my volunteer work, I played soccer for my county (Kent in the UK) as an adolescent in the uk, and refereed at a high level within the Canterbury and District.I have a lot of life experience, good and bad which helps give me a more balanced view in counselling.I am a member of ACA and is qualified to offer Telehealth
