With a strong passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counselling services. Rooted in a strong foundation of psychological principles and practical experience, I offer a holistic approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients.
I have honed my skills through academic training and clinical experience, holding a Master of Counselling from the University of Canberra and completing my practical training through Northern Beaches Hospital where I currently work as a Clinical Counsellor, as well as South Pacific Private Hospital where I work within the Inpatient Therapy team.
Through years of working in the corporate sector, before making a career change into acute mental healthcare settings, I have developed a keen understanding of the complex factors that contribute to emotional distress. I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, pre and postnatal/parenting issues, as well as disordered eating. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
Whether you're grappling with anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I am here to support you. With a genuine commitment to your healing journey, I will walk alongside you towards a brighter future.
