Life often presents us with hurdles and challenges, and sometimes we require a supporting therapeutic relationship to help us regain strength. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, high levels of stress, grief and loss, the effects of trauma, self-esteem and identity issues, concerns about body image, relationship troubles, issues at work, heightened emotions, and even existential concerns. These concerns may be new, or long-standing; mild, or severe. These are all normal experiences, but that doesn't mean you should face them alone.I work in a person-centred, warm and relational way to promote a sense of safety in relationship, encouraging your inherent vitality and capacity for change. I use an integrative model of psychotherapy/counselling, meaning I will see you for the unique and nuanced being that you are – rather than placing you in a category.I understand that it can be difficult to seek help. If you decide to receive my support, I will work collaboratively with you to enhance your understandings of your concerns, define meaningful goals and desires, and work towards resolutions to help you flourish and embrace life.
