Doing life can be hard and sometimes overwhelms us. Loss of control and enjoyment of life can bring trauma and challenges. I believe everyone can regain hope and restoration to live a fulfilling life. My life experiences include secondary-school teaching; as a husband and dad in raising a now-adult family; pastoral care; Christian counselling; and alcohol and drug counselling. My approach to Counselling is Integrative, using aspects of different therapies, working to restore the whole person using my experiences in counselling, teaching and pastoral care over 25 years. I work particularly with clients on the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.Having come through many challenges myself, I can celebrate a person’s individuality, identity, and their experiences, and enjoy helping them build their strengths to improve their life. If you believe I can help, don't hesitate to contact me.
