Experiential Person Centred Counselling Therapist / Psychotherapist and Group facilitator.I work with all people on their presenting concerns with the theoretical belief that the client is the expert in their own lives.I have a grounding in nature based interventions and we can use these settings in the work to accelerate client progress and improve general wellbeing.I am also an experienced group facilitaor, educator and corporate trainer, giving a broad scope to the work.  I am happy to work in a psycho educative way to upskill and equip as we go along.The therapist is there to help you achieve greater understanding of themselves, which leads to more successful decisions and behaviours.I am able to work with indiviuals, couples and within family settings.
