Ros is an experienced Counsellor with over 20 years of expertise.Ros also specialises in Narcissistic abuse and Trauma, she holds an Accredited Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coaching certificate and is recognized as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist. Additionally, Ros is trained as a Brainspotting Practitioner, offering holistic approaches to healing.Her mission is to empower those who have been impacted by Narcissistic abuse and control, guiding them through the Trauma, Fear, Guilt, and a weakened sense of self. Through personalized 1-on-1 Counselling /Coaching sessions online and by phone and face-to face at her centre in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Ros facilitates personal development journeys, helping people to  reclaim their confidence and autonomy. She has also completed specialized training in 'Healing the daughters of Narcissistic Mothers with Dr. Karyl McBride,' offering counselling and Coaching  focused on this subject at her centre in Knoxfield, Melbourne.In addition to her direct client work, Ros serves as a Supervisor of Counsellors, providing one-on-one supervision sessions in-person, via zoom, or over the phone.
