Hi I am Saima Khan. I am deeply interested in mental health challenges especially anxiety, depression, selfesteem and self confidence issues. I am also invested in CALD communities especially young and older women and youth in general. I have first hand understanding of the issues faced by migrant and refugee communities. Iam keen to accompany my clients in their own respective journeys and am committed to making a difference in the lives of those I encounter. I personally am also on a journey and welcome any one regardless of their background.
