I am flexible in my approach. I work with the client to meet their needs whether it be offering insight/guidance and/or setting goals and suggesting strategies. I have a diverse range of experiences working with people from all ages and cultural backgrounds. The client will always receive a non-judgemental experience and feel heard and validated.
