I have a vast and extensive background in supporting people navigate and adapt to change in their lives.I offer general counselling with a lean towards supporting people who experience anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, exhaustion, life transitions, work issues, relationship issues.Counselling sessions are person-centred with a focus on your innate strengths and qualities. Tools used include CBT and Body Minded Awareness.Available Fridays, Saturdays and evenings in person and online.
