I am a social worker trained as a counselor to provide emotional and practical support. I specialise in pregnancy pre natal and post natal counselling support, adjustment to parenting and general counselling.

I specialise in supporting ADF Defense spouses and supporting in times of transition, deployment and postings. 

I am a mum of two, a defense spouse who has worked in a range of roles for NSW Health, QLD Health, NT Health, Foster Care. 

I am providing online zoom counselling session Monday nights, Thursdays during the day and Saturday mornings.
