Sarah has a Bachelor of Psychology and Counselling and is currently completing a Post Grad in Family and Relationship Systemic Therapy. Sarah has many years experience counselling children, adolescents and their families, and is passionate about healthy relationships with self and others. Sarah incorporates attachment-based therapies, systemic therapy, play therapy for children, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapies, emotion focused therapy, and embodiment practices all while holding universal laws and energies in mind to understand how they may also be impacting individuals and/or their relationships.
Sarah can help with a range of issues including relationship issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, anger, existential issues, grief, low self-esteem, stress and feeling stuck. Sarah has a direct approach and will provide gentle yet honest reflections to create deeper self-understanding and awareness that will instigate turning points in your life.
