I have been heavily involved in different youth groups for over 10 years and this has given me alot of experience into their lives and lingo. I have since counselled a number of adolescence who have experienced anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and other trauma related issues. I have also worked in a local school where I counselled 5 children, building relience in their lies through their conversations they bring to session. I will be working again in a local school continuing to counsel children in the earea of resilience. I also have training in Seasons for Growth.
