Socrates famously said, 'An unexamined life is not worth living,' and I fully agree.
However, I have learned that an examined life goes beyond merely reflecting on such critical concepts as love, loneliness, happiness and confidence; it’s about living through them, too. I am proud of all the vicissitudes I have lived through.
Surviving two harrowing accidents at very young ages, enduring parental divorce, facing poverty and homelessness, labouring as a child; and raising my little siblings as a teenager followed by the arduous journey of migration and far more have deeply enriched my soul.
I self-studied five languages, returned to school at the age of 28 and continued up to accomplishing two Master’s with top grades and I am currently working on my PhD thesis, all while raising two lovely children. I have so far published ten books on the philosophy of life, self-actualization, and effective relationships and have more to release soon.
As a scholar and author of Rumi, I have learned the healing power of unconditional love. As a teacher, I have lived through the encouragement of learning and growth. And as a psychologist, I have honed skills to listen, explore, and offer unwavering support.
Today, in the warm and welcoming of my practice I am here to listen without judgment, share my empathy, and understanding, help you overcome your challenges, and illuminate the path towards a rich, informed, and flourishing life.
