COUNS, RYT, PGDIP PSYCH, BA PSYCH)MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLOR | AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE COUNSELLOR | REIKI HEALER | YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER Niveen is a Mental Health Counsellor, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant/Counsellor, Reiki Healer, Yoga & Meditation teacher and Wellness Coach. She is a Masters qualified mental health counsellor and is trained in both Indian and Sri Lankan approaches to Ayurveda while specialising in Classical Hatha yoga and meditation. Niveen has trained across South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria in Australia and completed Panchakarma training in Sri Lanka.When she’s not at her clinic in Hawthorn, or working in Broadmeadows, Epping, with Asylum Seeker Clients in Brunswick or teaching yoga & meditation/mindfulness classes, Niveen frequently runs workshops on:— Mental health and mindfulness, stress management, motivation & management of creative output— Everyday life and wellness coaching— Yoga & Guided meditation and visualisation sessions— Ayurvedic philosophy and practical applications (seasonal wellness, specific health topics e.g. digestion, skin and personal care)As a speaker and facilitator, Niveen works across the Private Corporate as well as Not for Profit Sector, having run sessions for organisations such as The Foundation for Young Australians, Mecca Cosmetica, Fonterra Australia, Laneway Learnings, JMC Academy, Express Media, ZONTA, Knight Frank, and events including The Bendigo Yoga Festival, The National Editors and Writers Conference and more.
