As a Coounsellor and Behaviour Therapist, Sheelagh is particularly interested in working with clients who want or need to make changes in their own Behaviour. Amongst other things, this could involve managing one's own behaviour in circunstances, such as, when experiencing Bullying, Verbal Abuse or the Difficult Behaviour of others. As a Life Skills Coach, Sheelagh works with people who are experiencing 'Change' in their lives. This could take the form of a person being in a state of 'Transition ' at work, or experiencing Resistance to Change or having difficulty meeting their goals. Sheelagh's Special Interests include Assertiveness, Stress Management and Depression. Sheelagh uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
