There is a way to achieve your health goals without the yo-yo and self sabotage. I have spent almost 10 years in the health and wellness industry, I have seen the good, the bad and everything in-between and have learned that an introspective and empowered approach is essential if you are struggling with signs of emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, self sabotage and poor body image.I take a trauma informed approach, and guide you through the process of developing self confidence & self love to come to a place of balance, kindness towards yourself and long term, sustainable health foundations (goodbye yo-yo dieting!). I know, first hand, how hard and vulnerable it can be to take that first step, so when you are ready to explore a whole new holistic approach in your life then please feel free to reach out to me. I have a variety of ways to help you, including 1:1 Telehealth counselling and walk & talk therapy.
