Compassionate Flow offers one-on-one Mental Health Aware Yoga and counselling. It is a holistic, somatic approach to support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and burn out.
At Compassionate Flow, Simmin uses principles of somatic therapy and yoga practices including movement and breath work to reduce stress, soothe the nervous system and cultivate mindfulness. Combined with aspects of traditional talk therapy such as CBT, SFT and ACT, Simmin aims to treat the mind and body as a whole. Simmin is trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and can offer tapping sessions as a stress reduction tool upon request.
Each client will be provided with a personalised practice to empower and support them in achieving their wellbeing goals.
