community, these include; Clinical Psychotherapy, Holistic Counselling,
Transformational Life & Business Coaching, Energy Psychology using EFT –
Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mental health, Depth Enquiry (EMDR), Family Law
Counselling, Child Impact Reports and Certified PreMarriage & Enrich
programs - Prepare & Enrich™. Victim Services Counselling with approval
from Dept Communities and Justice. Lifesort provides these services to
individuals, children, couples and family groups. Workshops, therapeutic
groups, bespoke courses and professional training are run throughout the year.
Tailored programs available. Clinical Supervision for psychotherapists,
counsellors, social workers, psychologists and clinical case managers also
available both individually, groups or teams.

With over 17 years experience in the industry, you are in
good hands! I’ve worked with non-government mental health and social services
organisations, government departments and private practice, I bring a wealth of
knowledge from management, therapist, supervision, recruitment and program
design.

Specialising in posttraumatic stress/growth, family law
counselling, child inclusive practice, child sexual abuse, anxiety and
couple/family relationships. We offer monthly supervision groups, and training
courses in parenting after separation, mandatory reporting, Introduction to
mental health (induction training – 17 modules) and many others tailored to
your needs. Still studying and need a mentor? We also offer tutoring support.

Through neuroscience based holistic, trauma informed
expressive interventions using a variety of modalities such as Gestalt
psychotherapy, Sandplay and Child-Centred Play Therapy, CBT, EFT, and life
coaching; allows clients to get in touch with their authentic selves, function
with greater wholeness and increased wellbeing, free from past restrictions.
