Stine sees adolescents, families, and couples. She uses animal assisted therapy to support her clients and has a particular interest in neurodiversity, giftedness, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.Stine’s approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, gender inclusive, evidence-based, collaborative, and person-centred. She takes a holistic stance and integrates a variety of therapy approaches according to her clients’ needs. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ecotherapy, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Play Therapy.
