Susie provides non-judgmental support to individuals to help them reach their therapy goals. Working from a person-centred approach, it’s Susie’s belief that you are the expert in your life. Susie uses a range of tools and strategies, such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Attachment Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Neurofeedback Therapy to assist her clients to feel safe and make the changes they want.
With a thirst to learn, grow and continually increase her knowledge of the mind and body, Susie has completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) as well as a Diploma of Counselling, and is currently working on her Neurofeedback registration, along with a range of other professional development courses.
Susie has experience supporting people with many conditions such as developmental trauma, intellectual impairment, anxiety, overwhelm, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's, as well as their families.
Susie is very happy to walk with you also and assist you to reach your therapy goals.
