Based on lived experience both personally and professionally, my passion lies in supporting diversity. I've travelled extensively, immersing myself in different cultures, and am a proud, loving mother of two beautiful neurodivergent children who I’ve had to homeschool. These experiences have shaped my approach to counselling, my belief in celebrating uniqueness, and rejecting the notion of being confined by society's expectations of what is ‘normal’ or ‘right’.

My professional experience centers around the welfare of domestic and international students in the tertiary sector (both TAFE & University) and supporting academic staff in their roles. I have over two decades of experience in telehealth, mental health, welfare and wellbeing working as counsellor, counselling supervisor, and counselling lecturer.

In my spare time, I enjoy a good latte, sunshine and laughter, and love the simple things in life.
