My goal as a Counsellor is to provide early intervention and preventative approach to maintaining health and wellbeing for individuals, couples and families. Assisting them to find new life skills in reshaping the emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual aspects to their health and wellbeing enabling them to view their world with new eyes.The  Counselling sessions are non-judgmental and are fully confidential, with a genuine caring safe environment. This enables the client to openly talk and identify the concerns that are being unproductive at this point in their lives.
